Introduction:

The HABC Level 3 International Award in Delivering Training [IADT] is designed for individuals who want to develop the skills and knowledge required to deliver effective training sessions. The course covers various aspects of training delivery, including planning, preparation, delivery, and evaluation of training sessions.

Course Objective: By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the principles of training and development, and the role and responsibilities of a trainer.
  • Plan and prepare training sessions, including identifying learning objectives, designing a training program, selecting appropriate training methods and materials, and preparing training resources.
  • Deliver training sessions effectively, using effective communication skills, managing group dynamics, delivering engaging training sessions, and handling challenging situations.
  • Evaluate training sessions, including assessing learning outcomes, gathering feedback from participants, evaluating training effectiveness, and making improvements to future training sessions.
