Introduction:
Company law is a type of law that offers requirements, regulations and instructions on how to register, create, incorporate, operate, manage, administer, regulate, control and finance a corporation, business or an organization. It is sometimes referred to as business law, enterprise law or corporate law. Company law regulates the various ways a business is registered and incorporated, it governs the rights and interests of an organization and its employees, it regulates the management of a business and how companies are established and created. This course aims to offer delegates an in-depth knowledge of the essential components of company law and provide them with a practical knowledge of how a business should be managed.
