MUSTBE C. HART

Mustbe C. Hart can be best described as a result oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, and smart-hard working person. A passionate Nigerian patriot, and global leader whose interest gravitates largely towards building human capital and technology amongst others.

He is the founder, M.D/C.E.O Ventry Consultants, and also a member of the board of directors for three (3) international companies, including; Brickshill Consulting London, a British accredited Company, actively operating in diverse sector of the economy which includes Management and technical Consulting, oil and gas, organisational re-engineering, youth mentoring, and capacity building to mention a few.

Presently, he is an alumnus of global leadership program (GLP 2012) Coventry University, an I.C.T professional and a Chartered Insurer for over a decade who possess a BSc. Degree in Computer science & Mathematics from Rivers state university, Post graduate in Risk management and insurance from the prestigious West African Insurance Institute (WAII) in The Gambia, also a Masters in Management Information Technology Coventry University England with a PhD. in leadership (in view). Mr. Hart’s professional experience is diverse and broad, covering Leadership & management, Information and Communication Technology viewing as a catalyst in personal and business improvement, Knowledge Management, Insurance Underwriting, Risk Management, International Management Consulting, and Training.

His work speaks for itself, with a work experience that spans almost two decades, Mustbe has work experience in International Management Consulting, Training (Capacity Building) in both Management and technical areas, trade union affairs, knowledge management, motivational speaking, and negotiations. Mr. Hart has successfully conducted and facilitated trainings in diverse Industries ranging from the (public and private sector) oil and gas/energy, Maritime, Finance, Management, and pension in Africa, UK, US, Middle East and Asia. He previously had worked with Niger insurance plc, and Severn Trent water Coventry UK in the earlier days of his career.

Mr. Hart was the president of the Association of Nigerian students, Coventry University (ANSCU) in 2013 where he volunteered in the International conference of Nigerian students in the diaspora (ICONS ). He was presented with an award from the Nigerian student association of Coventry University for successfully governing the Nigerian students in the diaspora, as well as identifying their gaps and working towards bridging those gaps and knowledge sharing. Mr. Hart also belongs to the Computer Association of Nigeria as an IT professional.

As an emotional intelligence advocator and person, he enjoys watching and playing billiards, travelling, photography, good music, and of great social skill which has enabled him align with different individual from diverse nationalities, religious beliefs, culture and economic status. Mustbe’s friends and family think of him as a great lover of gadgets. He is married and blessed with children.
